We have high precision CNC, EDM, Wire EDM machines, used the Milling, Grinding, Drilling and Lathe to finsh the whole mold manufacturing process.
We are using Advanced CAD/CAM/CAE System for the mold design, our experienced mold makers make us a qulified mold maker, we would love to establish the long term, both bebifical relationship.
Our advantages:
1. Large-scale apply EROWA fixtures in our processing which obviously enhance our efficiency and quality.
2. Build bar code for each electrode from CNC programming, electrode processing, inspection and EDM machining, which will reduce the possibility that the worker make mistake.
3. Melt self-check and QC check for each component in our processing flow chart, TQC conception is rooted in the heart of the employees.
4. Set up method improvement system, by which our technology can be improved and the quality of staff can be promoted.
